Lead Account Manager/Virtual Assistant

Adriana is located in Palm Desert, California. She has a degree in nursing. Her previous work experience includes working as a virtual assistant in healthcare. Her work interests include social media marketing and assisting with day-to-day tasks that support health care professionals. She is reliable, hard-working, and loves a challenge. She is also a new mama and enjoys spending time with her family.

Born and raised in the mountains of North Carolina, Tiffany recently embarked on a nomadic journey of exploration across the US, living and travelling full-time in an RV! Being spontaneous is new to her, She's a natural planner but there are too many places to see and people to meet and serve to let this life pass us by too quickly.
Tiffany loves coffee, music, yoga pants, and Amazon. She's a realist with a mix of dreamer.  Mostly Type B with a sprinkle of A. Her husband and her are high school sweethearts and got married in 2011. They have three kiddos; Lilee-9, Wyatt-6, and Emitt-7 months. Tiffany has a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies and also home school the kids. When she's not serving her wonderful clients, you can find her playing with the kiddos, reading, exercising or outside exploring the world around us.

Gisele

Gisele is a Mississippi resident who is passionate about her faith, family, and friends. Her experience in assisting leaders from various non-profit organizations has helped to make her versatile, teachable, and resourceful. She enjoys administrative tasks, social media management, and planning events. On her free time, she finds rest in reading, cooking, painting, and being outdoors.

Her commitment to both family and professional growth reflects in her multifaceted skills and the valuable insights she offers to our team.

Amber resides in San Diego. She has many years of experience working as a billing specialist and in health administration. She has worked in a variety of office settings. She enjoys serving others and getting the job done! When she's not working, she enjoys hiking, painting,  and spending time with friends.

Zsanne lives in Canada with her husband and 2 children. She has many years years of experience in healthcare and enjoys serving clients with their needs. Zsanne specializes in billing and social media management. When not working, you will find her spending time with her family! 

Emily Kay

Emily Kay is based out of Wisconsin but enjoys exploring hiking trails all over the world. She has a background in both public relations and human resources and has worked in those capacities since 2006. When she is not working you can either find her climbing a mountain somewhere, traveling with her mom or reading a good book.

Analisa is located in San Diego, California. She is a senior in High School and is pursuing Sonography after schooling. She has experience in healthcare billing, social media and marketing. She enjoys trying new restaurants, going on outings with friends and spending time with family.

Valentina

Valentina's home is Chicago, IL but she grew up in a small farm town called St. Anne, IL - population 1200. She moved in 2011 for college and never left! Valentina loves the art and music scenes in Chicago, the architecture, and the pockets of nature throughout the city.

Sarah is a Florida native currently living in Saint Augustine. She has a passion for building relationships with her clients while prioritizing their needs and assisting them in growing their businesses. She has prior experience in healthcare and office administration. Sarah enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time with her two little boys and husband.

Rebecca

 Rebecca  and her family live in Conroe, Texas (about an hour north of Houston) with their two boys. Her does not work a typical 9 to 5 job so it is a blessing that they have been able to homeschool for the past 10 years and be available when he is home to spend time together. Rebecca's family is extremely active in their church and the sports the boys have decided to pursue. Her volunteer roles with her boys’ sports teams has taught her invaluable skills in the virtual assistant world. Organizing people and documents, creating spreadsheets and websites, marketing events and organizations and budgeting are just a few. Rebecca loves to use these skills to help small businesses become more productive and successful.

Kahar

Kahar is located in the Philippines. He has years of health care experience and spent 3 years working for United Healthcare. He also has a degree in accounting. In his free time, he enjoys karaoke with his friends and going out for boba!

Marie lives in central Minnesota, and is passionate about her faith and helping others.  She has several years of experience as a Technology Consultant, along with a Bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Psychology and a Master's degree in English with a Concentration in Composition.  Marie also taught Language Arts (literature and writing) for a couple of years.  In her spare time, she loves to read, work on the novels she is writing, or do crafts such as pixel mosaics or crocheting.

Originally from Michigan, Sharon now calls sunny Arizona home. As a homeschooling mom of four, she has patterned her life around flexibility. With a professional background in office management, she decided to go virtual. Since she is able to create a schedule that works with clients' needs while she is most productive, they receive her best effort at her most efficient times. When she's not working, you can find her watching baseball with her family, reading, or hiking in the mountains.
